Hydrotherapy.

Water therapy can compliment any land-based therapies & results can be seen almost immediately. 
Hydrotherapy can help assist the client to perform exercises that are too painful or difficult to do on land.  Clients are supported by the therapist & the buoyancy of the water while performing their personal, specific designed exercises in a controlled and balanced manner. 

 
Water helps the body feel weightless and buoyant while providing a natural resistance to movement, making it a perfect medium for rehabilitation and fitness training.
Water exercises can help tone muscles, increase lung capacity and strength, increase range of motion, ease arthritis pain, improve joint flexibility, relieve muscle spasms, decrease inflammation and swelling, improve blood circulation & increase oxygen in your body,  it assists with lymph drainage.

Water Therapy has been around for 6500 years, It might just change your life!

​FEES:

  • All sessions are PRIVATE, One-To-One therapy.

  • 20 - 30 minute session

  • 1st Evaluation Session - R350.00           

  • Thereafter - R250.00 per session 

  • 2 sessions per week @ R400.00 - (R200.00 per session)

  • Age 3 months - 15 years

MONDAY - THURSDAY 09:00 - 12:00 / 14:00 - 18:00

SATURDAY 09:00 - 12:00

PRIVATE One-To-One Therapy

  • 40 minutes

  • 1st Evaluation - R450.00

  • Thereafter - R350.00 per session.

  • 2 x Sessions per week R550.00 - (R275.00 per session)

AVAILABLE TIMES:

MONDAY - THURSDAY 09:00 - 12:00

SATURDAY 09:00 - 12:00

**Please note that there is a weight limit for physical water therapy

  where full support is needed.   Please contact us for more info.
