Cancellation Policy

Please take note of our strict policy regarding appointment cancellations or rescheduling. These changes must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time by telephone during office hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Failure to cancel or reschedule in a timely manner will result in the patient being responsible for the full missed appointment fees. If you are unable to fully commit, please refrain from making an appointment. It is important to thoroughly read and understand our appointment policy before proceeding.
