We provide Hydrotherapy services for individuals who are experiencing difficulties in their stroke recovery & clients with early stages of alzheimer's & dementia. In just a few weeks of water exercises, we can greatly improve your balance and strength. Not only that, but you'll also experience an improved mood, better sleep, and reduced pain and discomfort. Our facility is equipped with 3 large steps and a ramp, making it easy for you to enter the water with the assistance of your personal therapist. Rest assured, we prioritize your comfort and safety, and we do not submerge our faces or hair in the water unless it is your preference. During your sessions, we will engage in various exercises, discuss and learn new skills that promote independence in your daily activities and enhance your self-worth. Your therapist will be right by your side in the water, ensuring your safety and providing the necessary support. In addition to Hydrotherapy, we also offer Holistic Healing Therapies on land. These therapies can be combined with hydrotherapy on days when you're facing difficulties and experiencing high levels of anxiety. Our holistic treatments include relaxation and energy clearing, sound and meditation healing, grounding techniques, and the nurturing power of unconditional love and understanding.
