HydroSwim Workshop Overview
The HydroSwim Workshop is designed to equip participants with essential skills in adaptive swimming and hydrotherapy techniques. It focuses on teaching swimming to children with disabilities, developmental delays, or injuries while fostering safety and care through non-invasive handling techniques. Participants will also learn how to integrate swimming with water-based exercises that improve strength, endurance, and coordination.

Workshops begin at 8:00 or 9:00 AM daily, depending on schedules, with practical pool sessions and classroom learning until around 16:30.

10-Day HydroSwim Workshop Overview

This extended 10-day HydroSwim Workshop provides an in-depth approach to swimming instruction, muscle strengthening, and personal development. Building on foundational skills, the latter days emphasize emotional and physical development, the impact of energy on health, and working with the subconscious mind in water. Participants will also benefit from private training sessions and healing floatation therapy to enhance their personal and professional growth.
Day 6:
Advanced Communication Strategies and Client Engagement

-Working with the Subconscious Mind:
-Explore methods for accessing and addressing subconscious patterns and blockages in the water, using techniques like guided imagery and mindfulness.
-Engage in exercises combining physical movement with emotional release, applying techniques to help clients overcome subconscious barriers.
Day 9:
Understanding Stuck Energy and Disease
-Learn about the concept of stuck energy in the body and its potential link to diseases such as autoimmune disorders, multiple sclerosis (MS), and cancer. Understand
how unresolved emotional blockages can contribute to physical health issues.

Day 10:
Review, Healing Sessions, and Future Planning

-Healing Floatation Therapy:
-Each participant may attend a one-hour private healing floatation therapy session to experience deep emotional and physical relaxation. (Sessions are optional and
available upon request.)

of hydrotherapy and personal growth.
-Conduct a final evaluation, demonstrating skills in a comprehensive session that integrates physical, emotional, and subconscious work.
All participants will receive a certificate of attendance, acknowledging their commitment to improving skills and knowledge in hydrotherapy and personal development throughout the workshop.

Both the 5-day and 10-day workshops offer an opportunity for participants to receive personalized, hands-on training and are designed to enhance participants’ skills in swimming instruction, water therapy, and client care.
PLEASE NOTE:
For those wishing to attend the 5-day HydroSwim workshop, they will begin on Day 1 alongside participants enrolled in the 10-day workshop. Both groups will follow the same curriculum during the first five days, covering foundational topics such as swimming instruction, safety protocols, adaptive techniques, and hands-on pool training.
At the conclusion of Day 5, attendees who opted for the 5-day workshop will complete their training. The remaining participants will continue into a deeper exploration of hydrotherapy, focusing on healing and rehabilitation in water during the second half of the 10-day workshop.
