Sacred Flow Waters is set to be established on hallowed ground in the enchanting Karoo region. Our Spiritual Healing Retreat promises a diverse array of activities designed to rejuvenate the spirit.

Guests will indulge in hydrotherapy within a uniquely crafted crystal pool, embark on hiking adventures, and experience overnight trails with horses and donkeys.

We will connect with plant medicine, gather around the fire to share stories, and marvel at the night sky, exploring the wonders of the Milky Way and its constellations. Additional offerings include meditation, yoga, and hands-on workshops such as crafting essential oils and natural aromatic soaps, blacksmith crafts & jewelry making.

Participants can also engage in vegetable gardening and animal shelter support, receive nutritional guidance, and take part in cooking classes.

Discover the healing properties of Karoo bossie and herbal medicine, and immerse yourself in the transformative experience of sweat lodges. Our retreat will embrace a rich variety of Sacred Plant Medicine, inviting you to embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery.
